We’re still open for business
Pitacs Ltd remains open for business and will remain open for as long as we feel confident that we can give you the level of service you’ve come to expect, while also safeguarding the health and wellbeing of all our customers and colleagues.
We are paying close attention to developments and revising our plans as we get new information and advice from the Government and the World Health Organisation. We want to continue to be here for you, so we have made a few changes to help with this:
- We’re cleaning all areas in Pitacs more frequently, and we’ve also introduced new procedures and advice for all of our colleagues and visitors
- We have set up home working contingency plans, where possible, to ensure minimum disruption to the business
- We have made changes to our IT systems, moving all systems into a cloud-based model.
A number of our key customers are required to remain open to keep our country warm and connected, and also support the incredible efforts of the NHS and key workers during this crisis. Where necessary, we will prioritise supply to these customers, but are largely trading as normal. Please note that some delivery times may change and it may take slightly longer to handle your enquiry/order as we ensure the health and wellbeing of all our staff and customers.
